Workshops, Consultancy and Advisory Services

If these services have already been carried out, then it is non-refundable.


If services have not yet been provided, your refund will be made within 30 days of the transaction date.

Website Design and Redesign

100% refunds are only made within 48 hours of the money transaction.


After the 48 hours and having received 100% of the payment, 40% will be refunded while the design job is still in progress. If the first design proof has already been sent, only 20% will be returned. Non-refundable once the first round of feedback has taken place, which is done through a virtual meeting.


If you only paid 50% of your design fee, no refunds will be made.


The cancellation of the service or the return of the money do not oblige REINVENT to hand over designs, files, hosting or domain acquired for the development of the work.

Designs and Redesigns in general (does not include web design), Audio and Video Edition

100% refunds are only made within 48 hours of receipt of money.


After the 48 hours and having received 100% of the payment, 30% will be refunded while the design job is still in progress. Non-refundable after 72 hours of the handover of the first design mockup, which is done via email.

If you only paid 50% of the invoice amount, no refunds will be made.
